Description:
Black Cohosh has been used historically to balance female estrogen. Black Cohosh also addresses various menstrual problems, such as cramps, bloating and discomfort. Black Cohosh also is reported to address premenstrual stress syndrome, PMS, and the migraines and blurred vision associated with PMS. Black Cohosh also has been suggested for use in relieving stress and nervous tension.
 
Suggested Use:
Take two (2) or three (3) Black Cohosh capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care professional. Black Cohosh should not be used during pregnancy or by girls who have not reached puberty.
