Description:
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) is a farly well know antioxidant, that helps to neutralize free radicals and enhances the antioxidant functions of vitamin C, vitamin E, and glutathione. Free radicals are alleged to be a factor in a number of diseases, as well as to be active aging agents. Alpha Lipoic Acid is also believed to be effective against both water soluble and fat soluble free radicals, and also to improve blood sugar metabolism and it has been reported to stimulate regeneration of nerve fibers.
 
Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement take one capsule daily with a meal or as directed by your physician.
 
Ingredients:
Each preservative-free capsule provides 50 mg of crystalline pure alpha lipoic acid. Other Ingredients: Soybean Oil, Yellow Beeswax and Gelatin Capsule
