Description:
Egg protein is a high quality protein used as the standard by which other proteins are measured. Eggs have a biological efficiency value of 93.7%, while other sources are lower, such as milk, 84.5%, fish, 76%, and beef, 74.3%. Using Egg Protein is a good way to aquire healthy protein, and a good substitute for consuming raw egg whites during weight training
 
Suggested Use:
Adults add one (1) scoop in eight (8) ounces of water, milk or juice and stir vigorously (for best results use a blender). Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light. Keep out of reach of children.
 
Ingredients:
Contains Egg white albumen, bromelain, papain and vanilla flavoring.
