Description:
Research has shown that L-lysine, an essential amino acid, has antiviral activity against the viruses that cause cold sores and herpes. Lysine aids in the production of antibodies, and helps promote building muscle protein, and can help recovery from sports injuries. While a key ingredient in many body functions, this essential amino acid is not produced by the body and is only present through proper diet or supplementation. L-Lysine is also beneficial to the human body by assisting with calcium absorption, tissue repair, and the production of hormones and enzymes.

Suggested Use:
Take one (1) or more capsules daily, or as directed by a health care professional.

Ingredients:
Each capsule contains a 100% L-Lysine (500 mg) base from L-Lysine HCI (625 mg)
