Total B contains a 30 day supply when taken according to directions. Just place a few drops of Total B under your tongue and actually feel the difference. Each day Total B will provide you with between 100% and 800% of the recommended daily allowances of the major B Vitamins, plus 200% of the RDA of Vitamin C. More importantly, the vitamins in Total B come to you via a unique liquid sublingual delivery system.

Suggested Use:
Total B is in a liquid form, which allows for more rapid and complete assimilation, especially when administered sublingually (under the tongue). Place eight (8) drops under your tongue 3 times a day. Hold under tongue for 30 to 60 seconds. Use as a dietary supplement. Shake before use.

Ingredients:
Each days supply (24 drops - 2 ml) contains Vitamin C (120 mg), Vitamin B-3 (40 mg), Vitamin B-5 (20 mg), Vitamin B-6 (4 mg), Vitamin B-2 (4.7 mg), Vitamin B-1 (3 mg), Biotin (650 mg), Folic Acid (400 mg), Vitamin B-12 (48 mg) in a base of Ricy Syrup and Aloe Vera.
